Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all MEP activities related to hospitality and residential construction projects
- Coordinate with consultants, operators, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, international hospitality standards, and Saudi regulations
- Monitor quality control, safety implementation, productivity, and project schedules
- Support procurement, planning, engineering, testing, commissioning, and handover activities
- Ensure all works are executed according to approved drawings, method statements, and project requirements
- Participate in progress meetings, technical reviews, and project reporting activities
- Coordinate hotel MEP systems including HVAC, fire alarm, BMS, ELV, plumbing, and life safety systems
- Support testing, commissioning, authority approvals, and operator inspections
Requirements
- 10 12 years of experience in MEP coordination for hospitality and residential construction projects
- Experience coordinating with consultants, operators, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Knowledge of international hospitality standards and Saudi regulations
- Ability to monitor quality control, safety implementation, productivity, and project schedules

Role Overview
