- Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth
- Oversee workforce planning, organizational structure, and succession planning initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Manage employee performance management processes, appraisals, and development plans
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll coordination
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports related to headcount, turnover, recruitment, and workforce analytics
- Provide guidance to management on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records, documentation, and HR systems
- Support leadership in building a productive, compliant, and high performing work environment
Requirements
- Experience in HR management, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment
- In depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Experience in workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations

Role Overview
- The HR Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all human resources functions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, organizational growth, and regulatory compliance.
- This role plays a strategic and operational role in developing HR initiatives, managing workforce planning, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a high performing organizational culture.
- The HR Manager will partner closely with leadership to support business expansion, talent management, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across all HR processes within a dynamic model making, exhibitions, fabrication, and production environment.
