Manage and follow up all Export Shipments and all payment ( for Export or import Shipments ) procedures which include contracts and invoices until releasing payments to concerne.

- Audit shipping and packing lists for over dimensional and heavy packages requiring permits.
- Coordinate with corporate insurance for cargo insurance.
- Manage loading of cargo onto chartered vessels for safety and security.
- Prepare shipping documents for export and re import of temporary equipment.
- Manage customs clearance documentation and submit to customs agency.
- Coordinate issuance of certificates of origin from Chamber of Commerce and embassies.
- Update daily log with re export operations.
- Follow up with Accounting and Treasury for check issuance and payment release.
- Check invoices for compliance with contracts and approve for release.
- Prepare logistics finance report for projects.
Requirements
- Experience in export/import logistics management
- Knowledge of shipping documentation and customs procedures
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments (finance, insurance, accounting)
- Familiarity with HSE policies and risk assessment

Overview
- Manage and follow up all Export Shipments and payments procedures to achieve department objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit shipping and packing lists for OD and heavy packages requiring permits.
- Coordinate with corporate Insurance Department for cargo insurance.
- Manage loading of cargo onto chartered vessel for safety and security.
- Manage preparation of shipping documents for Export & Re importing temporary equipment.
- Manage inspection process of re importing equipment from international projects.
- Manage preparation of documents for customs clearance.
- Manage stamped commercial invoice and form 13 for Finance Department.
- Coordinate issuance of certificates of origin from Chamber of Commerce and embassies.
- Update daily log with re export operations.
- Cooperate with Accounting and Treasury for check issuance until payment released.
- Check invoices for compliance with contracts and approve for release.
- Handle advance payments to Trucking Company for permits.
Additional Duties
- Prepare Logistics Finance Report for Projects.
- Perform other assignments as necessary to support the function/department.
- Ensure working according to company HSE policies and regulations.
