Overview
- You'll be instrumental in keeping our hiring engine humming managing scheduling and candidate experience while also helping to build pipeline for our highest priority Schools Staffing roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own scheduling and logistics for candidate interviews phone screens, virtual panels, and onsite loops and full staffing lifecycle across hiring, onboarding, and development.
- You will own end to end, high volume recruitment for handling all recruitment operations from sourcing to contracting and evaluation across ClassSupervisor, School Leads, Teachers, and School Managers.
- Plan and run large scale hiring campaigns via sourcing through a variety of sources, including the Internet, professional associations, networking, ads, WhatsApp channels.
- Forecast staff demand and ensure supply readiness by school, role, and timeline.
- Build systems to track staffing metrics, performance, and deployment progress.
- Align with Ops, Learning, Admissions, and Product to ensure smooth school launches, Surface risks, unblock bottlenecks, and continuously improve staffing processes.
