Role Overview
- The Head of Schools Program is responsible for overall leadership, strategy, and execution of the Schools Program.
Key Responsibilities
- Set program vision and multi year plans aligned with Noon's goals; define KPIs; oversee curriculum and delivery frameworks.
- Lead cross functional teams; manage rollout, timelines, quality, and budget for nationwide school programs.
- Act as main liaison with partners, funders, and government; prepare reports and presentations.
- Track and analyze performance data; drive evidence based improvements; share insights and success stories.
