Responsibilities
- Define and own Noon Classroom & Facilities Design Standards
- Create repeatable layouts, specifications, and material guidelines
- Set and enforce clear quality benchmarks across all sites
- Review drawings, materials, and site execution for consistency
- Work closely with Project Managers and contractors to ensure designs are buildable
- Support BOQs, specifications, and tender documentation
- Capture learnings from each site and refine standards to reduce rework and cost
Requirements
- 6 10+ years in Interior Design / Architecture / Fit out
- Strong site experience (not only office based design)
- Experience in multi site projects or rollout environments
- Proven ability to build standards, manuals, or repeatable systems
- Strong understanding of materials, detailing, and execution realities
- Based in Riyadh
- Willing to conduct frequent site visits
- Valid Saudi driving license and own vehicle
