Role Summary
- This isn't a typical AI/ML role. You won't be training models in isolation or writing research papers.
- You'll be embedded in the real world. Talking to students, school staff and internal leaders.
- You'll be understanding messy operational problems, and shipping working systems that people rely on every single day.
- You'll use AI as a power tool alongside strong product engineering skills to build internal apps, data pipelines, dashboards, and intelligent workflows.
What You'll Do
- Investigate real problems sit with ops teams and school leads to deeply understand what's broken before writing a line of code.
- Build fast go from messy problem spec working prototype in days, not months. We use Claude Code, Cursor, Replit, and every AI tool that makes us faster.
- Ship products, not scripts build real, production quality tools with great UX (React/TypeScript, Supabase, APIs). Our users are internal Nooners, students, teachers, and school staff. Each user deserves thoughtful designs!
- Design systems that compound think in loops, not features. Data insight action feedback better data.
- Own your domain end to end from problem discovery to adoption. If nobody uses it, we haven't succeeded.
