Job Overview

Marketing Manager responsibilities include tracking and analysing the performance of advertising campaigns, managing the marketing budget, and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity, hands-on experience with web analytics tools, and being able to turn creative ideas into effective advertising projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Execute and Manage Campaigns**: Deploy and oversee marketing campaigns for Off-Plan, Secondary, and Property Management projects from conception to execution.
  • **Utilize Acquisition Channels:** Leverage various organic and paid channels, including content creation, PPC, social media, and lead generation, to drive traffic and conversions.
  • **Content Production:** Create engaging content for the website and blog to attract and convert target audiences.
  • **Build Partnerships:** Develop and maintain strategic relationships with industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • **Budget Management:** Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and cost-effectiveness.
  • **Approve Marketing Materials:** Oversee and approve all marketing materials, including digital content and print collateral.
  • **Campaign Performance Analysis:** Measure and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
  • **Adjust Strategies:** Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns to improve effectiveness.

Requirements And Qualifications

  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing preferably in the Real Estate industry.
  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate.
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Web Trends).
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Capable of coordinating email and social media marketing strategy
  • Well-versed in a variety of content creation tools
  • Identifying marketing-qualified leads
  • Monitoring and analysing data related to lead generation

  • Marketing Manager: 8 years (Required)
  • Real Estate: 5 years (Required)
