About the Role

Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective clients through marketing leads, referrals, market research, databases, networking, and direct prospecting
- Conduct initial communications with potential clients to introduce the Company's services and capabilities
- Understand clients' preliminary requirements and identify potential business opportunities
- Qualify prospective clients and coordinate meetings between clients and the Company's technical team
- Maintain regular follow up with prospective clients to ensure continuous engagement throughout the pre proposal stage
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, communications, and opportunity status
- Coordinate with Marketing and Technical teams to ensure effective communication and timely follow up
- Support preparation and coordination of proposals, presentations, and business development materials
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and emerging business opportunities, and provide regular feedback to management
- Represent the Company professionally during meetings, networking events, exhibitions, and other business development activities
- Prepare periodic reports summarizing business development activities, lead status, and market observations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related discipline
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, client relations, or customer engagement, preferably in engineering consultancy, construction, real estate, or related industries
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, both spoken and written
- UAE driving licence preferred

Job Description
- The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities that support the Company's growth objectives.
- The role focuses on generating qualified business opportunities by engaging prospective clients, introducing the Company's services, understanding their initial requirements, and arranging meetings with the technical team.
Key Responsibilities

- Qualify prospective clients and coordinate meetings between clients and the Company's technical team.
- Maintain regular follow up with prospective clients to ensure continuous engagement throughout the pre proposal stage.
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information, communications, and opportunity status.
- Coordinate with the Marketing and Technical teams to ensure effective communication and timely follow up.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, client relations, or customer engagement, preferably within engineering consultancy, construction, real estate, or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent relationship building and client engagement abilities.
- Strong organizational and follow up skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
- Good understanding of the UAE business environment and professional communication practices.
- Fluent in Arabic and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- UAE driving licence is preferred.
Pay
- AED 8,000.00 AED 10,000.00 per month
