Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities for real estate valuation, advisory, and consultancy services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, developers, investors, corporate clients, asset owners, and government/semi government entities
- Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, and meetings
- Present company services professionally to clients and understand their valuation/advisory requirements
- Coordinate with the internal valuation/advisory team to prepare proposals, quotations, and client submissions
- Follow up with clients, negotiate terms, and support deal closure
- Maintain a strong pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, meetings, proposals, and closures
- Support management in market research, competitor analysis, and business expansion plans
Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, corporate sales, banking relationship management, real estate advisory, valuation, consultancy, or related sectors
- Strong UAE market knowledge and good client network preferred
- Experience dealing with banks, developers, consultants, investors, asset owners, or corporate clients will be an advantage
- Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow up skills
- Ability to generate leads independently and close business
- Must be professional, target driven, and comfortable meeting clients
