Job Title

  • Business Development Executive / Business Development Manager
  • Company: 34 Real Estate Advisory
  • Location: Dubai, UAE
  • Experience: 3–8 years
  • Industry Preference: Real Estate Advisory, Valuation, Banking, Engineering Consultancy, PMC, Facilities Management, Property Management, or B2B Corporate Sales
  • Note: This is not a Property Consultant / Broker role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities for real estate valuation, advisory, and consultancy services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, developers, investors, corporate clients, asset owners, and government/semi government entities.
  • Identify potential clients and generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, cold calling, and meetings.
  • Present company services professionally to clients and understand their valuation/advisory requirements.
  • Coordinate with the internal valuation/advisory team to prepare proposals, quotations, and client submissions.
  • Follow up with clients, negotiate terms, and support deal closure.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and provide regular updates on leads, meetings, proposals, and closures.
  • Support management in market research, competitor analysis, and business expansion plans.

Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, corporate sales, banking relationship management, real estate advisory, valuation, consultancy, or related sectors.
  • Strong UAE market knowledge and good client network preferred.
  • Experience dealing with banks, developers, consultants, investors, asset owners, or corporate clients will be an advantage.
  • Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and follow up skills.
  • Ability to generate leads independently and close business.
  • Must be professional, target driven, and comfortable meeting clients.
