- Manage social media platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X
- Plan and maintain monthly social media content calendars
- Write captions, hooks, headlines, hashtags, and short promotional copy
- Schedule and publish approved content across platforms
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, trainers, and internal teams
- Create engaging stories, polls, quizzes, course updates, and interactive content
- Respond professionally to comments, messages, and course enquiries
- Research social media trends, competitor activity, and educational content ideas
- Monitor reach, engagement, followers, enquiries, and content performance
- Prepare monthly social media reports
- Maintain organised records of content, captions, schedules, and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of major social media platforms and content formats
- Ability to write clear, engaging, and grammatically correct content
- Strong organisational and time management skills
