Job Summary

  • Biznet Consulting is looking for a creative and data driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Primary focus on LinkedIn Ads, X (Twitter) Ads, and Snapchat Ads to generate high quality B2B leads, increase brand awareness, and support business growth across our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize Snapchat Ads for brand awareness and lead acquisition within the UAE market.
  • Execute and monitor X (Twitter) Ads to increase engagement and reach targeted audiences.
  • Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns as part of the overall digital strategy.
  • Build audience segments, retargeting campaigns, and lookalike audiences.
  • Create A/B tests for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages.
  • Monitor CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and campaign performance.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to develop high converting creatives.
  • Track performance using Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Snap Ads Manager, and X Ads Manager.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly campaign reports with recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience managing LinkedIn Ads is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Snapchat Ads and X (Twitter) Ads is a strong advantage.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Understanding of audience targeting, conversion tracking, pixels, and analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
