- Generate qualified leads for property valuation and related services
- Identify and approach potential clients such as banks, real estate companies, developers, brokers, investors, property owners, and corporate clients
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities to increase enquiries
- Manage lead generation through social media, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp campaigns, email campaigns, referrals, and database outreach
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure leads are followed up properly
- Maintain and update the lead database, enquiry tracker, and campaign performance reports
- Support in creating marketing content for social media, email campaigns, company profiles, brochures, and promotional materials
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitor activities
- Track lead quality, conversion rates, campaign performance, and monthly marketing results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 4 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, or business development support
- Experience in real estate, property valuation, banking, mortgage, consultancy, or professional services will be an advantage
- Good understanding of UAE market and client acquisition methods
- Strong communication and follow up skills
- Experience using social media platforms, LinkedIn, WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns, and CRM tools

Job Summary
- We are looking for a proactive and results driven Marketing Executive – Lead Generation to support business growth for 34 Evaluation.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads, creating marketing campaigns, identifying potential clients, and supporting the sales/business development team in converting enquiries into business opportunities.
- The role requires someone with good knowledge of digital marketing, lead generation tools, client outreach, and the UAE real estate or professional services market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads for property valuation and related services.
- Identify and approach potential clients such as banks, real estate companies, developers, brokers, investors, property owners, and corporate clients.
- Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities to increase enquiries.
- Manage lead generation through social media, Google, LinkedIn, WhatsApp campaigns, email campaigns, referrals, and database outreach.
- Coordinate with the Business Development team to ensure leads are followed up properly.
- Maintain and update the lead database, enquiry tracker, and campaign performance reports.
- Support in creating marketing content for social media, email campaigns, company profiles, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and competitor activities.
- Assist in improving brand visibility for 34 Evaluation across digital platforms.
- Track lead quality, conversion rates, campaign performance, and monthly marketing results.
- Build and maintain relationships with referral partners, brokers, consultants, and corporate clients.
- Support management with weekly and monthly lead generation reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, digital marketing, or business development support.
- Experience in real estate, property valuation, banking, mortgage, consultancy, or professional services will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of UAE market and client acquisition methods.
- Strong communication and follow up skills.
- Experience using social media platforms, LinkedIn, WhatsApp marketing, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
- Ability to generate leads through both digital and direct outreach methods.
- Good reporting, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Target oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, LinkedIn outreach, and CRM systems.
- Existing network with real estate brokers, developers, banks, or corporate clients.
- Arabic speaker will be an added advantage.
- Experience in B2B lead generation is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay: AED 8,000.00 AED 10,000.00 per month.
