Role Overview
We are seeking a highly driven Marketing & Growth Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for Imperium, a premium business networking platform, and Bizcity, a corporate services provider.
This role focuses on driving membership growth, lead generation, brand positioning, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives across both brands.
1. Strategy & Growth
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Imperium and Bizcity
Drive membership growth for Imperium and qualified lead generation for Bizcity
Create and manage monthly and quarterly marketing plans aligned with revenue targets
Identify and implement new growth channels, partnerships, and market opportunities
2. Digital & Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing
Execute high-performance lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns
Monitor and improve key metrics including CAC, ROI, conversions, and lead quality
Continuously optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency and performance
3. Branding & Positioning
Build and strengthen Imperium’s positioning as a premium business networking platform
Enhance Bizcity’s reputation as a trusted corporate services provider
Lead content strategy across social media, video content, and digital campaigns
Ensure consistent brand identity across all marketing channels
4. Events & Networking
Plan and execute business events, networking sessions, and exclusive member experiences
Use events as a key driver for branding, engagement, and revenue growth
Represent the brand in high-level business and networking environments
Build strong visibility for Imperium within premium business communities
5. Partnerships & Community Building
Develop strategic partnerships with corporates, founders, and business communities
Build and manage engagement and loyalty programs for members
Strengthen the Imperium ecosystem through continuous relationship building
Foster long-term community engagement and retention strategies
6. Execution & Team Coordination
Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and sales teams
Ensure timely execution of all marketing campaigns and initiatives
Manage external vendors, agencies, and marketing partners
Maintain high standards of delivery and accountability
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
