Responsibilities
- Design product operational activities to fit the market and adapt collateral, sales training, pricing, and request for proposal (RFP) materials to resonate with target segments and local requirements
- Lead Treasury Services product strategy by leveraging deep knowledge of the KSA payment landscape and client needs
- Grow our market, bring opportunities to the Product Management team, advocate for expansion, provide input into business cases, and meet business targets
- Develop compelling business cases through detailed market and revenue analysis, proposing effective solutions
- Formulate and execute strategies in partnership with Global and Regional Product and Sales Executives, covering Core Cash, Liquidity, Access, FX, and more
- Maintain an open relationship with market regulators and supervisors, providing insights into regulatory dialogue and developments across the market
- Partner closely with Product teams to ensure adherence to local regulations, controls frameworks, and governance approval processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Technology, Implementations, and other relevant teams to identify, develop, and launch products
- Oversee daily operations, maintaining robust sales and risk management discipline (including KYC, financial crime, and reputational risk)
- Drive commercialization and communication plans for new solutions, expanding market footprint and revenue
- Represent Payments at internal management forums, external industry events, and regulatory bodies
