- Manage and coach Product manager associate
- Develop commercialization and communication plans for new solutions
- Leverage partner solutions, Fintechs and innovation to grow capabilities and footprint
- Represent J.P. Morgan at local industry meetings and forums
- Control financial planning and development of revenue plan while driving down cost base
Requirements
- Experience in payments product management or related field
- Deep understanding of UAE market and regulatory landscape
- Ability to manage and coach team members
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills

Role Overview
- Payments Product Management is a dynamic and diverse Product team responsible for product strategy, development and commercialization of payments solutions for global clients.
- As a Product Lead Vice President, you will support the firm's strategy, product capability and development in UAE and the Middle East and Africa region.
- The role includes extensive collaboration with multiple external and internal stakeholder groups.
Job Responsibilities
- Implement Payments product strategy through end to end understanding of how the UAE market works and how payment products can be deployed.
- Implement the country expansion strategy by taking ownership of requirements and driving project build on TS/Corporate banking products.
- Anticipate internal and external factors impacting the country build and implement plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
- Define the medium and long term strategy in line with the defined strategy of functional product managers.
- Manage and coach Product manager associate.
- Develop commercialization and communication plans for new solutions.
- Through creative thinking, leverage partner solutions, Fintechs and innovation, grow capabilities and footprint in the region.
- Represent J.P. Morgan at local industry meetings and forums where appropriate.
- Strong control over financial planning and development of a detailed revenue plan whilst driving down cost base.
