About the Role

- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives targeting tour operators, hotels, MICE, travel agents, wholesalers, DMCs, Corporates in Jeddah & adjoining markets
- Own the end to end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiations, contracting, and onboarding
- Identify new business opportunities within the travel trade ecosystem and convert them into long term partnerships
- Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key travel trade partners, acting as the primary point of contact
- Maintain a strong understanding of the KSA travel trade landscape, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and networking forums
- Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless partner onboarding and execution
- Achieve assigned revenue targets and support overall commercial growth objectives
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the travel trade industry
- Proven experience selling to tour operators, travel agents, hotels, MICE, Corporate wholesalers, DMCs
- Strong existing network and deep relationships within the Jeddah / KSA travel trade (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Religious travel demand / Hajj and Umrah related travel ecosystem
- Demonstrated success in closing commercial deals and managing strategic accounts
- Solid understanding of travel distribution models and trade economics
- Understanding of airport services, aviation services, or the airport ecosystem is a strong plus
- Candidate should be already based in Jeddah or KSA and have right to work with the ability to travel locally and regionally as required
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a must

Job Scope
- We are looking for an experienced Manager – Sales & Partnerships (Travel Trade) to drive revenue and partnerships across travel trade ecosystem in Jeddah.
- This role focuses on selling to tour operators, travel agents, hotels, wholesalers, DMCs, and is ideal for someone with deep industry experience and strong existing trade relationships.
- Based in Jeddah, this is a hands on commercial role with high visibility and direct impact on growth.
- Experience or understanding of the airport services and aviation adjacent ecosystem will be a strong advantage.
Role Overview
