Job Scope

  • We are looking for an experienced Manager – Sales & Partnerships (Travel Trade) to drive revenue and partnerships across travel trade ecosystem in Jeddah.
  • This role focuses on selling to tour operators, travel agents, hotels, wholesalers, DMCs, and is ideal for someone with deep industry experience and strong existing trade relationships.
  • Based in Jeddah, this is a hands on commercial role with high visibility and direct impact on growth.
  • Experience or understanding of the airport services and aviation adjacent ecosystem will be a strong advantage.

Role Overview

  • Drive revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives targeting tour operators, hotels, MICE, travel agents, wholesalers, DMCs, Corporates in Jeddah & certain adjoining markets.
  • Own the end to end sales cycle including prospecting, pitching, commercial negotiations, contracting, and onboarding.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the travel trade ecosystem and convert them into long term partnerships.
  • Account Management: Build, manage, and deepen relationships with key travel trade partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the KSA travel trade landscape, competitive dynamics, and emerging trends.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, partner meetings, and networking forums.
  • Work closely with internal teams including product, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless partner onboarding and execution.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and support overall commercial growth objectives.

Job Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships within the travel trade industry.
  • Proven experience selling to tour operators, travel agents, hotels, MICE, Corporate wholesalers, DMCs.
  • Strong existing network and deep relationships within the Jeddah / KSA travel trade (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of Religious travel demand / Hajj and Umrah related travel ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated success in closing commercial deals and managing strategic accounts.
  • Solid understanding of travel distribution models and trade economics.
  • Understanding of airport services, aviation services, or the airport ecosystem is a strong plus.
  • Candidate should be already based in Jeddah or KSA and have right to work with the ability to travel locally and regionally as required.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
