About the Role
Mastercard is seeking a Product Development Owner for the Cyber Security Services Program to collaborate with the Lead Product Manager and ensure development teams deliver high-quality work.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product Manager Lead to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines for the project
- Ensure development aligns with the project’s goals and vision, maintaining a clear and accurate product backlog
- Monitor project progress, identify potential blockers, and proactively work to resolve them
- Act as the main point of contact between the business and development teams
- Regularly report on project status, timelines, and deliverables to key stakeholders
- Evangelize the product goals from the customer perspective with all internal and external stakeholders
- Owns ideation sessions and coordinates high level solutioning efforts with Business Architecture and internal solutioning teams
- Manages Program and C&I Intake to ensure optimal resource allocation and timeline commitments
- Break down business requirements and high level solutioning into deliverable Epics in conjunction with the Engineering Team
- Own Delivery Roadmap and prioritization to drive release planning
Requirements
- Cyber Security experience is a plus
- UI experience is a plus
- Strong communicator both written and oral
- Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks with minimal supervision
- Build Partnerships across teams and mediate conflict
- Proactive mindset with excellent critical thinking and problem solving capabilities
- Expert knowledge in Software Engineering Lifecycle
- Ability to manage priorities and delegate tasks effectively in a fast paced environment
- Adaptable to change

Overview
- The Cyber Security Services Program is embarking on a new project.
- Looking for a skilled Product Owner to play a key role in developing a cutting edge project from the ground up.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the Product Manager Lead to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Ensure development aligns with project goals, maintaining a clear product backlog.
- Monitor project progress, identify blockers, and resolve them.

- Toronto, Canada: CAD 121,000 CAD 169,000 CAD
