Role Overview
- Strategic owner of food vertical's growth agenda, setting marketing strategy and leading team.
- Focus on Food vertical growth activities, not quick commerce.
Key Responsibilities
- Own marketing strategy and growth plan for Food vertical in UAE.
- Own performance marketing channel, pacing against target CAC/CARC.
- Own core campaign efficiency metrics: ROI, CPIO, CPA.
- Own full food growth marketing CARC and budget forecasting.
- Own co funding and partner funded marketing with sales team.
- Oversee food customer lifecycle in partnership with CRM.
- Own customer retention economics and cohort analysis.
- Expertise in Looker to own performance reports and dashboards.
- Design dashboards and lead performance deep dives.
- Own weekly performance review with management.
- Design and run experimentation with product team.
- Own creative strategy for campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience in performance marketing and campaign management.
- Expertise in Looker for reporting and dashboards.
- Experience with AI tools.
- Strong data driven decision making skills.
