- Own the marketing strategy and growth plan for the Food vertical in UAE
- Own the performance marketing channel, pacing against target CAC/CARC
- Own and defend core campaign efficiency metrics: ROI, CPIO, CPA
- Own budget forecasting and planning cycles
- Own co funding and partner funded marketing with sales team
- Oversee food customer lifecycle in partnership with CRM
- Own customer retention economics and cohort analysis
- Own all performance reports and dashboards in Looker
- Own weekly performance review with management
- Design and run experimentation with product team
- Own creative strategy for campaigns
- Define channel mix and audience strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in growth, marketing, and campaign management in e commerce, F&B aggregator, or tech company
- Expertise in marketing mix and campaign management
- Expert in analytics (Excel and Google Sheets)
- Experience with Looker/Tableau is a plus
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Numbers oriented person
- Comfortable working in a challenging environment
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Role Summary
- Be the strategic owner and orchestrator of the food vertical's growth agenda, setting the marketing strategy, leading the team, and ensuring all channels switch on in coordination.
- Build, own, and continuously optimise a 360 degree integrated marketing engine to drive performance and brand objectives.
- Make data driven decisions on channel mix strategy, budget allocation, and audience targeting.

- Own the performance marketing channel, pacing against target CAC/CARC.

- Own the full food growth marketing CARC.
- Own budget forecasting and planning cycles.
- Own co funding and partner funded marketing.
- Oversee the food customer lifecycle in partnership with CRM.
- Own customer retention economics.
- Expertise in Looker to own all performance reports and dashboards.
- Own the weekly performance review with management.
- Design and run experimentation with product team.
- Own the creative strategy for campaigns.
