Job Description
The Manager – Liability Process and Customer Experience drives process governance, compliance monitoring, SOP creation, channel support, and portfolio eligibility management for bank liability products.
The role supports branch adherence, LDR and ODFD operations, complaint resolution, portfolio cleanup, and regulatory and policy compliance.
Responsibilities
- Manage SOP creation, review, communication, and branch adoption for savings, current accounts, and term deposits.
- Coordinate with IT and operations to validate migration data and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage liability exceptions involving product deviations, rate exceptions, and account corrections.
- Monitor LDR and ODFD portfolios, validate interest, and perform eligibility checks.
- Support branch queries on systems, products, FC matters, and term deposit bookings.
- Manage CMS, Ombudsman, and MD Desk complaints with root cause analysis and timely closure.
- Conduct portfolio screening, product conversions, and risk-based cleanups.
- Manage CASA and term deposit interest rate implementation and validate system execution.
Qualifications
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
