Responsibilities
- Support the account management team in coordinating projects across creative, strategy, production, content, and media
- Ensure all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track
- Play the lead role in planning campaigns, resourcing, monitoring and quality control from start to finish
- Submit project deliverables, prepare status reports, and establish effective project plans
- Manage stakeholders on client projects and organize their projects from approval of concepts to final delivery
- Forward plan, identify potential risks and propose solutions
- Troubleshoot unforeseen issues as they arise, escalating as required
- Establish effective project communication plans and ensure their execution on time
- Evaluate post project and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements by preparing status reports
- Allocate tasks and responsibilities to team members
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management
- Ability to coordinate project teams of various sizes
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Budget management experience
- Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures
- Effective communication skills, able to connect with people at all levels
- Strong leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field
- 1 2 years experience with project management theory and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Role Overview
- We're looking for a passionate, curious and organized Senior Executive to be part of our team, delivering a multi discipline communications scope for a multi national brand.
- As a Senior Executive, Communications & Project Management, you will support the account management team in co ordinating projects across a range of verticals creative, strategy, production, content, and media.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track
- Play the lead role in planning campaigns, resourcing, monitoring and quality control from start to finish
- Submit project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project plans
- Working with the creative services manager and aligning on project timelines
- Managing stakeholders on clients projects and organizing their projects from approval of concepts to final delivery
- Forward planning, identifying potential risks and proposing solutions
- Troubleshooting unforeseen issues as they arise, escalating as required
- Establishing effective project communication plans CPSes and ensuring their execution on time
- Following the project progress and bypassing problems
- Evaluating a post project and identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements by preparing status reports
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards
- Scheduling project related meetings, allocating tasks and responsibilities to team members
Technical & Product
- Proven experience in project management
- Ability to co ordinate project teams of various sizes
- Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies
- Experience with project management tools such as Project, Asana, Trello
- Ability to complete projects in a timely manner
- Budget management experience
- Ability to develop, implement, and review policies and procedures
- Ability to oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Ability to proactively problem solve, and identify new opportunities for the agency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or other related field
- Experience in related field (Finance or Government/semi Government)
- 1 2 years' experience with project management theory and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Evidence of being solution driven and innovative with how they drive performance and delivery
