Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategies to improve recoveries and customer outcomes.
- Optimize collections strategies using analytics and business insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, forecasts, and business cases for decision-making.
- Lead automation, AI-enabled, process optimization, and collections modernization initiatives.
- Partner with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
- Evaluate and implement collections tools, technologies, and digital solutions.
- Support governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Manage third-party collections partners and vendor performance.
