Rogers Bank is seeking a strategic and analytical leader to improve collections portfolio performance, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
The role combines collections strategy, analytics, technology modernization, stakeholder influence, and regulated-environment risk management.
What you'll do
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend strategies to improve recoveries and customer outcomes.
- Use analytics and business insights to optimize collections strategies across the customer lifecycle.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and business cases for operational and executive decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to modernize collections through automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and process optimization.
- Partner with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams on strategic initiatives.
- Evaluate and implement collections tools, technologies, and digital solutions.
- Support governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices across collections operations.
- Manage relationships with third-party collections partners and support vendor performance and strategy.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
