Role Overview
Rogers Bank is seeking a strategic and analytical leader to improve collections portfolio performance, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
The role combines collections strategy, data and customer insights, technology modernization, governance, and stakeholder influence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio performance, trends, risks, and opportunities and recommend recovery strategies.
- Optimize collections strategies across the customer lifecycle using analytics and business insights.
- Develop reports, dashboards, forecasts, and business cases for decision-making.
- Lead automation, AI-enabled capabilities, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Finance, and Operations.
- Evaluate collections tools and digital solutions and manage third-party collections relationships.
- Support governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in collections, credit risk, portfolio management, financial services, or customer operations, including leadership experience.
