Role Overview
Rogers Bank is seeking a strategic and analytical leader to improve collections portfolio performance and customer outcomes.
The role combines collections strategy, data and technology, continuous improvement, stakeholder influence, and leadership in a regulated environment.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor portfolio performance, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend recovery and customer outcome strategies.
- Use analytics and business insights to optimize collections across the customer lifecycle.
- Develop reporting, dashboards, forecasts, and business cases for operational and executive decisions.
- Lead automation, AI-enabled, process optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Partner with Credit Risk, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Evaluate collections tools and digital solutions, support governance and compliance, and manage third-party collections partners.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in collections, credit risk, portfolio management, financial services, or customer operations, including leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of collections strategies, consumer lending products, and regulatory requirements in a regulated environment.
