About the Role
Keolis.MHI seeks a Maintenance Planner in Abu Dhabi to support effective maintenance delivery through structured planning and scheduling. The role requires an engineering degree and 2+ years of experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.

Responsibilities
- Extract and analyse planned and forecast maintenance work orders from MMS to support planning activities
- Prepare maintenance schedules and work plans based on work order requirements, priority, and due dates
- Coordinate maintenance schedules with Maintenance Leads using manpower rosters and competency mappings
- Review work order details including resource requirements, man hours, skill levels, and KPIs
- Balance maintenance workload across available resources by analysing work order banks and manpower availability
- Support re prioritisation and re scheduling of maintenance activities in response to operational changes
- Develop and maintain Excel based planning tools, schedules, and dashboards
- Monitor planned vs scheduled work and provide planning insights and reports
Requirements
- Engineering Graduate in Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communications, Transportation/Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering
- 2 or more years of relevant work experience in engineering works management, maintenance, planning & scheduling
- Working knowledge of MMS system and work order management
- Working knowledge of scheduling work orders and assigning site works
- Resource coordination and rostering experience
- Fluent in English

Purpose
- Support effective maintenance delivery through structured planning and scheduling of maintenance work orders using MMS, manpower rosters, competency mapping, and possession plans.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic: Support Planning Manager to deliver maintenance planning and process improvements; optimise maintenance plans by identifying synergies.
- Financial: Support efficient use of maintenance resources; contribute to cost awareness by highlighting resource constraints and planning risks.
- Stakeholder/Customer: Work with Maintenance Leads to validate schedules; coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Planning teams; provide planning data and analysis.
- Operational: Extract and analyse work orders; prepare schedules; coordinate with leads; review work order details; balance workload; support re scheduling; develop Excel tools; monitor planned vs scheduled work; support continuous improvement.
- Capability/People: Apply disciplined planning practices; develop MMS knowledge; demonstrate effective use of planning tools; support culture of accuracy and improvement.
Minimum Qualification
- Education: Engineering Graduate in Electrical, Civil, Electronics & Communications, Transportation/Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering (B Tech/BE).
- Experience: 2+ years in engineering works management, maintenance, planning & scheduling; MMS work order management; working knowledge of MMS; scheduling work orders; resource coordination and rostering.
- Skills/Training: MMS, WO management, Fluent in English.
