Keolis-MHI is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the development and deployment of data visualization and reporting capabilities using Power BI.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a company wide business intelligence strategy aligned with performance reporting and digital transformation goals
- Design scalable BI dashboard structures to support long term growth in performance data usage
- Transform raw performance data into strategic insights and visual narratives for high level decision making
- Deliver structured Power BI training sessions to staff across departments to promote self sufficiency
- Lead value creation by enabling detailed performance monitoring, benchmarking, and cost efficiency analysis through data visualization
- Identify trends and anomalies in KPI data that impact contractual penalties or incentives
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver BI products that meet end user needs
- Ensure BI tools support RTA and Keolis MHI reporting expectations and contribute to regulatory dashboards
- Lead the design and development of dashboards in Power BI, ensuring accuracy and responsiveness
- Translate business questions into reporting logic, working with the Engineering Data team to validate data sources
- Maintain a library of standardized reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
- Support automation and streamlining of manual reporting processes across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or performance reporting
- Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data models
- Experience developing dashboards for executive performance reviews and KPI tracking
- Demonstrated ability to work across teams to define data requirements and align KPIs
- Experience replacing manual processes with automated BI solutions
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 tools
- Master's degree or formal training in data science, business intelligence, or digital transformation
- International experience
- Public transportation sector experience preferred
- Familiarity with data warehouse integration preferred

Job Overview
- The Business Intelligence (BI) Manager is responsible for leading the development, deployment, and continuous improvement of Keolis MHI’s data visualization and reporting capabilities.
- Operating within the Business Strategy & Performance department, this role supports decision making, operational visibility, and digital transformation.
- The BI Manager ensures performance data is presented in a meaningful way using tools such as Power BI to create dashboards, trend reports, and predictive insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a company wide business intelligence strategy aligned with performance reporting, strategic objectives, and digital transformation goals.
- Design scalable BI dashboard structures to support long term growth in performance data usage and complexity.
- Contribute to high level decision making by transforming raw performance data into strategic insights and visual narratives.
- Deliver structured Power BI training sessions to Keolis MHI staff across departments to promote self sufficiency in dashboard usage.
- Lead value creation by enabling detailed performance monitoring, benchmarking, and cost efficiency analysis through data visualization.
- Identify trends and anomalies in KPI data that impact contractual penalties or incentives and contribute to attribution related analytics.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to design and deliver BI products that meet end user needs.
- Ensure BI tools support RTA and Keolis MHI reporting expectations and contribute to the preparation of regulatory dashboards.
- Present findings, visualizations, and recommendations to internal clients and stakeholders with clarity and impact.
- Lead the design and development of dashboards in Power BI, ensuring they are accurate, intuitive, and responsive to evolving business needs.
- Translate business questions into reporting logic, working closely with the Engineering Data team to validate and structure data sources.
- Maintain a library of standardized reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support ongoing performance tracking and strategic reviews.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field (required).
- Master’s degree or formal training in data science, business intelligence, or digital transformation (desirable).
Experience
- Relevant experience in business intelligence, data visualization, or performance reporting roles.
- Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards and data models.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports for executive performance reviews and KPI tracking.
- Demonstrated ability to work across teams to define data requirements, align KPIs, and support decision making.
- Experience replacing manual processes with automated BI solutions.
- International experience (desirable).
- Public transportation sector experience preferred.
Skills / Training
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and other Microsoft 365 tools.
- Familiarity with data warehouse integration preferred.
Dimensions
- Responsible for all digital visualization of performance data within the Business Strategy & Performance team.
- Primary owner of all Power BI dashboards, linked to both contractual KPIs and internal operational reporting.
- Key contributor to executive reporting, strategic reviews, and cross departmental performance discussions.
- Interfacing regularly with Engineering Data, Performance, and IT teams.
- Office environment. Occasional travel may be required.
