Responsibilities
- Lead and give guidance to Civil teams and subcontractors for preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Plan and allocate resources to maintenance activities on a day to day basis
- Carry out maintenance activities on safety critical problems of civil assets when required
- Follow appropriate procedures and work instructions for maintenance compliance
- Assist subordinates with job familiarization and provide training and assessment
- Assist Civil Engineers in maintenance planning and program civil maintenance works
- Provide guidance to Civil Team Leaders and Inspectors to maintain accurate records using a computerized maintenance management system
- Assist Civil Engineer or other technical support staff to implement complex systems or new projects
- Conduct performance reviews, discipline and grievance for Civil Inspectors and Civil Team Leaders
- Perform shift and emergency duties when required
- Drive work vehicles when responding to emergencies
- Cover duties of Civil Engineers on leave
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in civil engineering discipline or equivalent diploma
- Preferably with minimum of 1 year relevant working experience in inspection and maintenance of civil assets
- Preferably with 1 year of supervisory and management experience
- Fluent in English
- Holder of valid UAE driver licence
- Multiskills knowledge and hands on experience (Civil Activities) required
- Experience in operating mobile boom, scaffolding etc.
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

Overview
- Junior Civil Engineer providing effective engineering and maintenance services covering all aspects of civil assets for stations, car parks, depots, tunnels, viaducts, system ancillary buildings, sub stations, cutting embankments, signage and related ground level infrastructure for Keolis MHI Dubai
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
