- Handle customer concerns and provide timely resolutions
- Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff to maintain company standards
- Prepare operational reports and maintain service records
- Coordinate with management regarding manpower requirements and operational needs
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, maid services, facilities management, or related field
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
