- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations and staff assignments
- Monitor attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance of housekeeping staff
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and service standards are maintained
- Train, guide, and support housekeeping staff in performing their duties effectively
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and supplies
- Address customer concerns and resolve service related issues promptly
- Prepare daily attendance, deployment, and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Coordinate with management to ensure smooth day to day operations
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping, facilities management, hospitality, or cleaning services
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Good organizational and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- UAE Driving License is an advantage
