- Manage and coordinate daily on call housekeeping operations
- Prepare and assign daily schedules for housekeeping staff
- Monitor staff attendance, deployment, and punctuality
- Coordinate with customers regarding bookings, schedules, and service requests
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure high cleaning standards
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff to achieve operational targets
- Coordinate with logistics team for staff transportation and deployment
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations or housekeeping supervision
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing on call or home cleaning operations is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple schedules
- Customer service oriented with excellent problem solving skills

Overview
- We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Housekeeping Operation In Charge in Facility Management to oversee our on call housekeeping operations and ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate daily on call housekeeping operations.
- Prepare and assign daily schedules for housekeeping staff.
- Monitor staff attendance, deployment, and punctuality.
- Coordinate with customers regarding bookings, schedules, and service requests.
