- Manage and coordinate daily on call housekeeping operations
- Prepare and assign daily schedules for housekeeping staff
- Monitor staff attendance, deployment, and punctuality
- Coordinate with customers regarding bookings, schedules, and service requests
- Conduct quality inspections and ensure high cleaning standards
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly
- Supervise and support housekeeping staff to achieve operational targets
- Coordinate with the logistics team for staff transportation and deployment
- Prepare daily and monthly operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and client requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in housekeeping operations or housekeeping supervision on call cleaners in facility management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience managing on call or home cleaning operations is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Customer service oriented with excellent problem solving skills

Job Overview
