Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily facilities management activities and service requests
- Schedule and dispatch technicians, cleaners, and support staff to assigned sites
- Monitor work orders, maintenance requests, and service completion status
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, schedules, and operational reports
- Communicate with clients regarding service requests, updates, and feedback
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Ensure timely escalation of operational issues to management
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review
- Maintain inventory records and coordinate procurement requests when required
- Support compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and client requirements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance Coordination, Operations Coordination, Customer Service, or a related field
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Strong problem solving and coordination skills
- Experience with CAFM systems or maintenance management software is an advantage
- Knowledge of UAE FM industry practices is preferred
