- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding housekeeping service inquiries and requests
- Manage customer bookings, service schedules, and follow up communications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Handle customer complaints, concerns, and service feedback professionally and efficiently
- Coordinate with housekeeping supervisors and operational teams to ensure timely service delivery
- Conduct regular client follow ups to monitor service quality and satisfaction
- Prepare customer service reports and maintain accurate client records
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer experience and service quality
- Support business growth through client retention and referral initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Relations, Hospitality, Housekeeping Services, or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer focused mindset with problem solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple client requests and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and follow up skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
