Role Overview
Hays is partnering with a prestigious independent advisory firm to identify an M&A Associate for its Riyadh office.
The role covers complex mandates and the full spectrum of ECM and M&A deals across the MENA region.
The successful candidate will take ownership with minimal oversight and mentor analysts.
Responsibilities
- Own the full M&A lifecycle through to close.
- Lead financial modelling, deal structuring, and valuation across buy-side and sell-side deals.
- Prepare and present pitch books, investment memoranda, and board material to the highest standard.
- Mentor the next generation of analysts.
Requirements
- Have at least 3 years of M&A experience at a tier 1 bulge bracket or elite boutique.
- Demonstrate an excellent academic record from a top university.
- MBA or CFA is preferred.
- Demonstrate the ability to run complex deal execution independently to the highest quality level.
- Broad and varied M&A deal experience in the region is highly preferred.
