Job Summary
Manage export and import operations for a manufacturing facility.
Ensure international logistics operations are efficient, compliant, and cost-effective.
Oversee customs clearance, shipping documentation, container management, and freight coordination.
Apply strong expertise in Qatar Customs regulations and high-volume global shipment management.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, and international trade operations.
- Proven experience managing high volumes of containerized import and export shipments.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Qatar Customs regulations, import/export procedures, and trade compliance.
- Hands-on experience with bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, EPC, BAL, and related trade documents.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, shipment tracking platforms, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong understanding of Incoterms, freight forwarding, and international logistics operations.
