- Responsible for day to day Transport Operations in terms of scheduling, routing and driver activity management.
- Preparing the scheduling and routing of assets to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Preparing KPIs and reports accurately within process timeframes.
- Ensuring compliance to all operational procedures, policies and practices.
- Notifying Supervisor in the event of an emergency or unusual events impacting operations.
- Proactively identify potential problems and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork.
- Maintaining professional partnering relationships with inter department teams.
- Performing any other related duties assigned by the direct supervisor.

Job Purpose
- The primary purpose is to facilitate drivers and helpers in daily activities; ensure accurate and timely asset scheduling and routing; driver activity management; maintain procedural conformance and operational integrity.
