- Lead and manage local litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring excellent legal advice and client service
- Represent clients in courts, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution forums in the UAE
- Develop and execute litigation strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Manage and mentor junior lawyers and support staff, fostering professional development and high performance
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to build strong, cohesive legal approaches
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including business development and client retention initiatives
- Stay abreast of changes in local laws and regulations impacting litigation and advise clients accordingly
- Contribute to the firm’s strategic goals by developing new practice areas and expanding litigation services
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with extensive experience in UAE litigation and local legal procedures
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex and high value litigation cases
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and inspire a team of legal professionals
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Strong client management and business development capabilities
- In depth knowledge of UAE legal system, courts, and regulatory environment
- Highly professional, ethical, and committed to delivering outstanding legal services
