Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university

- Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred
- Proven ability to handle multiple complex assignments under tight deadlines
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills

The Role

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years' experience practicing corporate law, preferably within a top tier law firm or corporate legal department.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian corporate laws and regulations, with an understanding of international legal frameworks.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English; Arabic language proficiency is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to handle multiple complex assignments effectively under tight deadlines.
- High ethical standards, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team oriented environment and commitment to client service excellence.
