- Assist senior lawyers in structuring and negotiating banking and finance transactions
- Conduct thorough legal research related to banking regulations, finance laws, and compliance requirements in Saudi Arabia
- Draft, review, and negotiate financing documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and intercreditor agreements
- Advise clients on regulatory compliance and risk management in the banking and finance sector
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless deal execution and client satisfaction
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory developments affecting banking and finance law
- Support the preparation of legal opinions, memoranda, and reports related to finance transactions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with specialization in Banking and Finance
- Licensed to practice law in Saudi Arabia or eligible for licensure
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian banking and finance laws and regulations
- Excellent legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Proactive, detail oriented, able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in a reputable law firm or financial institution is highly preferred
- Fluency in English and Arabic is an advantage

Requirements
