Responsibilities
- Advise clients on a wide range of banking and finance legal issues including loans, securitizations, project finance, and regulatory compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex banking and finance agreements and related documentation
- Collaborate with cross border teams to provide integrated legal solutions in international finance matters
- Stay current with banking and finance laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia and relevant international jurisdictions
- Support clients through regulatory approvals and liaise with governmental bodies as needed
- Contribute to business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Law degree from a recognized university with admission to practice in Saudi Arabia or relevant jurisdiction
- Minimum of 2 4 years’ experience specializing in banking and finance law, preferably within an international law firm environment
- Excellent knowledge of Saudi Arabian banking and finance laws as well as international banking regulations
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast paced environment
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationships

The Role
