About the Organization
The Arab Monetary Fund is an Arab regional organization based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Its objective is to establish monetary foundations for Arab economic integration and accelerate economic development across Arab countries.
Job Purpose
Provide legal support and advisory services across the organization.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, manage legal risks, and support business needs.
Core Responsibilities
- Review and draft contracts, provide legal opinions and advice, support regulatory compliance, and contribute to policy development.
- Provide organization-wide legal support and manage legal risks.
Knowledge and Experience
- A minimum of 5–6 years of relevant legal experience is required, preferably in an international organization, financial institution, or reputable law firm.
- Strong experience in contract drafting, legal advisory, and regulatory compliance is required.
- Familiarity with financial, commercial, or international law is advantageous.
Education and Professional Status
- A bachelor's degree in law, LLB, or equivalent from a recognized university is required.
- A master's degree is advantageous.
- Professional legal certification or bar admission is preferred.
- Candidates must be registered lawyers.
