Human Capital Manager

Role Overview

Key Accountabilities

• Develop workforce plans and advise on workforce optimization, talent mobility, and future capability needs.
• Lead recruitment processes including job profiling, advertising, candidate assessment, and onboarding.
• Oversee performance management, performance data, talent development, succession planning, and workforce optimization.
• Lead training-needs identification, learning programs, intervention evaluation, and continuous skills development.
• Maintain employee relations, workplace policies, employee well-being, engagement, and communication channels.
• Design compensation frameworks, oversee benefits, and conduct benchmarking and internal reward reviews.
• Use Human Capital analytics and reporting to inform strategy, policies, workforce planning, and process improvements.
• Lead Human Capital strategy, KPIs, budgeting, governance, compliance, service quality, and continuous improvement.
• Build relationships with internal departments and external service providers, training providers, and consultants.
• Lead the Human Capital team and support team-member learning, accountability, collaboration, and performance.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 10 years of progressive Human Capital management experience is required.
• Experience leading Human Capital strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development is required.
• Strong knowledge of international Human Capital practices, policies, and regulatory requirements is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• A relevant master’s degree is preferred.
• SPHR, SHRM-SCP, or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.
• Excellent Arabic and English communication and writing skills are required; French is advantageous.
