- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries via phone, email, social media, and property portals
- Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective tenants
- Present property features, rental terms, and community amenities clearly
- Guide clients through leasing procedures and required documentation
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing tenants
- Collaborate with property management and administrative teams
- Maintain accurate client records and leasing updates in CRM
- Monitor market trends and provide feedback on tenant preferences
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets
- Previous experience in real estate, leasing, sales, or customer facing roles preferred
- Familiarity with the Abu Dhabi property market advantageous
- Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
