About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Listing Manager to lead our Listing Department and drive property portfolio growth in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate has 7-8 years of UAE real estate experience, 4-5 years as a Listing Manager, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing a successful listing team.

- Lead and manage the Listing Department to achieve monthly listing targets
- Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate the listing team
- Generate new property listings and maintain strong relationships with property owners and investors
- Secure exclusive listings and expand the company's property inventory
- Monitor and ensure the quality and accuracy of all property listings
- Coordinate with the sales and leasing teams to maximize property closures
- Ensure all listings are updated on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other real estate portals
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities within the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
- Ensure CRM data is accurate and up to date
- Develop strategies to improve listing quality, owner acquisition, and team productivity
Requirements
- Minimum 7 8 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry
- Minimum 4 5 years of experience as a Listing Manager or similar managerial position
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including residential and commercial properties
- Proven ability to lead and manage a high performing listing team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Strong network of property owners and investors is an advantage
- Proficiency in CRM systems and major property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle
- UAE driving license is preferred

Job Overview
