- Manage the leasing of residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi
- Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead, train, and supervise the leasing team to achieve business objectives
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate lease terms, and finalize tenancy agreements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, brokers, and corporate clients
- Monitor market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities to recommend pricing strategies
- Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company policies
- Prepare leasing reports, occupancy analysis, and performance updates for management
Requirements
- Minimum 6 7 years of proven experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market in a Leasing Manager or similar leasing role
- Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, rental market trends, and leasing regulations
- Proven ability to meet leasing targets and manage a high performing leasing team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/property management software
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to oversee the leasing operations of our real estate portfolio in Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve leasing targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the leasing of residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.

Compensation
- Salary: Competitive salary plus performance based incentives.
- Pay: Up to AED 8,000.00 per month
