- Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams.
- Prepare and manage property listings, contracts, tenancy agreements, and other real estate documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, developers, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain accurate records of properties, clients, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule property viewings, meetings, and follow up with clients.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
- Assist with marketing materials, property advertisements, and listing updates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Administrator, Property Administrator, or similar administrative role
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, sales and leasing processes, and CRM systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate CRM software

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Real Estate Administrator to support our sales and leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales and leasing teams.
- Prepare and manage property listings, contracts, tenancy agreements, and other real estate documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, property owners, developers, and government authorities when required.
- Maintain accurate records of properties, clients, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Schedule property viewings, meetings, and follow up with clients.
- Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and UAE real estate regulations.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and general office correspondence.
- Assist with marketing materials, property advertisements, and listing updates.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- Previous experience as a Real Estate Administrator, Property Administrator, or similar administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of real estate documentation, sales and leasing processes, and CRM systems.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and real estate CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation
- Pay: Up to AED5,000.00 per month
