- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns for the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Manage and monitor Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and email marketing campaigns
- Create and execute social media marketing strategies to generate quality real estate leads
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize budgets, and improve lead conversion rates
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to enhance campaign performance
- Manage CRM systems and ensure timely lead distribution and follow up
- Work closely with sales and leasing teams to achieve lead generation targets
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in real estate lead generation and digital marketing
- Mandatory experience in the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Hands on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media campaigns, and email marketing campaigns
- Experience with CRM systems, Google Analytics, and lead tracking tools
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Job Summary
- We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi.
- The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the Abu Dhabi real estate market and a proven track record of generating high quality buyer, seller, investor, and tenant leads through digital marketing and performance campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns for the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Manage and monitor Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, and email marketing campaigns.
- Create and execute social media marketing strategies to generate quality real estate leads.
- Analyze campaign performance, optimize budgets, and improve lead conversion rates.
- Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to enhance campaign performance.
- Manage CRM systems and ensure timely lead distribution and follow up.
- Work closely with the sales and leasing teams to achieve lead generation targets.

Requirements

Compensation
- Pay: Up to AED 8,506.72 per month
