- Lead, motivate, and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Recruit, train, coach, and monitor the performance of sales consultants
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and developers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Ensure accurate use of CRM systems and maintain high quality sales reporting
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and sales training sessions
- Work closely with management to achieve the company's business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 9 10 years of experience in the UAE real estate industry
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a Sales Manager role within a real estate company
- Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills
- Experience in recruiting and developing high performing sales teams
- UAE driving license is preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Candidates who can join with their own established sales team are highly preferred

Overview
